1. Introduction

2. Safety Instructions

• Always follow assembly instructions carefully. Incorrect assembly can lead to instability and injury.
• Ensure the cabinet is securely fixed to the wall to prevent tipping. Wall mounting hardware suitable for your wall type may be required and is not always included.

3. Package Contents

4. Setup and Assembly Instructions

Assembly requires careful attention to detail. It is recommended to have two people for assembly. Madesa does not provide assembly services.

4.1 Tools Required

• Screwdriver (Phillips head)
• Hammer
• Measuring tape
• Level
• Drill (for wall mounting)

4.2 Preparation

• Unpack all components and verify against the parts list in the separate assembly manual.
• Ensure you have sufficient clear space for assembly.
• Protect your floor with a blanket or cardboard during assembly.

4.3 Assembly Steps

1. Assemble the Frame: Follow the diagrams in the included assembly manual to connect the side panels, top, and bottom pieces. Ensure all connections are secure.
2. Install Shelves and Niches: Insert shelves into the designated slots. Position the oven and smaller niches as indicated in the manual.
3. Assemble Drawers: Construct the three drawers. Attach the telescopic slides to the drawer sides and the cabinet frame, ensuring they are correctly oriented for smooth operation.
4. Attach Door: Mount the door using the metallic hinges. Adjust the hinges for proper alignment and smooth opening/closing.
5. Install Handles and Feet: Attach the aluminum handles to the door and drawer fronts. Install the adjustable feet at the base of the cabinet.
6. Wall Mounting: This cabinet must be fixed to the wall for stability and safety. Mark the wall according to the cabinet's dimensions and drill pilot holes. Secure the cabinet to the wall using appropriate fasteners for your wall type.

5. Operating Instructions

• Door Operation: Open and close the door gently using the handle. Avoid forcing it or allowing it to swing open violently.
• Drawer Operation: The drawers feature telescopic slides for smooth, full extension. Pull and push drawers evenly. Do not slam them shut to prevent damage to the slides and contents.
• Adjustable Shelf: The upper shelf can be adjusted to different heights to accommodate various items. To adjust, remove all items from the shelf, lift the shelf, and reposition it in the desired slots. Ensure it is securely seated before placing items back.

6. Maintenance

• Cleaning: Clean the cabinet surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Use mild soap if necessary. Avoid abrasive cleaners, solvents, or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the Polyester paint finish and glass.
• Glass Care: For glass surfaces, use a glass cleaner and a soft, lint-free cloth.
• Hardware: Periodically check all screws and fasteners for tightness. Tighten if necessary to ensure structural integrity.
• Avoid Moisture: Do not expose the cabinet to excessive moisture or direct sunlight for prolonged periods, as this can cause warping or fading.
