1. Setup

1.1 Unboxing and Components

1.2 Charging the Device

3. Maintenance

3.1 Water Resistance

The IFOLO Smart Watch is 5ATM water-resistant, meaning it can withstand pressures equivalent to a depth of 50 meters. This allows you to wear it during activities like swimming. However, it is not suitable for diving or high-pressure water activities.

3.2 Cleaning

To maintain the watch's appearance and functionality, regularly clean the screen and strap with a soft, dry cloth. If necessary, a slightly damp cloth can be used for the strap. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

3.3 Battery Care

• Notifications not appearing:
  • Verify that notification permissions are granted for the IFOLO app in your phone's settings.
  • Ensure the app is running in the background and not being closed by your phone's power-saving features.
  • Check notification settings within the IFOLO app itself.
• Screen unresponsive: Try restarting the watch. If the issue persists, ensure the screen is clean and dry.
