Troubleshooting

This section addresses common issues you might encounter with your NISOO M10 Projector.

No Audio from Fire Stick / External Device

If you are experiencing no audio when connecting a Fire Stick or similar streaming device, try the following solutions:

  1. Disable Dolby Sound Effects: On your connected device (e.g., Fire Stick), navigate to its audio settings and turn off Dolby Digital Output or similar sound effects. For Fire Stick, go to Settings > Display & Sounds > Dolby Digital Output and turn Dolby Digital Plus OFF.
  2. Select PCM Option: In the audio settings of your device, try selecting the PCM option for audio output.
  3. Check Mute Function: If your remote control has a mute button, ensure the projector is not muted.
  4. Test with Another Device: Connect a different device (e.g., USB stick, laptop) to the projector to determine if the sound is working properly with other sources.

Cannot Play Certain Videos via Phone Connection (WiFi or USB)

Due to copyright restrictions, some streaming services (such as YouTube, Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video) may prevent content from being played via direct phone connection (WiFi screen mirroring or USB cable). This is a limitation imposed by the content providers, not a defect of the projector. For these services, it is recommended to use a dedicated streaming device like a TV Stick (e.g., Amazon Fire TV Stick, Roku Stick) connected to the projector's HDMI port.
