2. Setup

2.1. Package Contents

Before you begin, please ensure all items are present in the package:

2.2. Battery and SIM Card Installation

To install the battery and SIM card(s):

Carefully remove the back cover of the phone. This may require gentle prying with a fingernail or a soft tool at the designated notch.
Insert the Li-ion 1500 mAh battery into its compartment, ensuring the gold contacts align with those in the phone.
Locate the SIM card slot(s). This phone supports Dual SIM. Insert your SIM card(s) into the designated slots with the gold contacts facing down and the cut corner aligned correctly.
If applicable, insert a microSD card (not included) into the memory card slot for expanded storage.
Replace the back cover, pressing firmly until it clicks into place.

2.3. Charging the Battery

Before first use, fully charge the phone's battery:

Connect the USB Type-C cable to the charging port on the phone.
Connect the other end of the USB cable to the power adapter.
Plug the power adapter into a wall outlet.
The charging indicator on the phone will show the charging status. Once fully charged, disconnect the charger.

2.4. Powering On/Off

To Power On: Press and hold the Power/End Call button until the screen lights up.
To Power Off: Press and hold the Power/End Call button, then select "Power Off" from the options on the screen.
Active Flip: Opening the flip cover can automatically answer calls or activate the screen, depending on settings. Closing the flip can end calls or lock the screen.

3.2. Making Calls and Sending Messages

To Make a Call:
1. From the home screen, navigate to the "Phone" or "Dialer" application.
2. Use the numeric keypad to enter the phone number.
3. Press the Green Call button to initiate the call.
To Answer a Call: When the phone rings, open the flip cover (if enabled) or press the Green Call button.
To End a Call: Close the flip cover (if enabled) or press the Red End Call button.
To Send a Message:
1. Navigate to the "Messages" application.
2. Select "New Message" or the equivalent option.
3. Enter the recipient's number or select from contacts.
4. Type your message using the physical keyboard.
5. Press the Send button (often the OK button or a dedicated soft key).
