2. Setup and Assembly
The TANK M1 requires minimal assembly to get started. Follow these steps for initial setup:
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Verify that all parts are present according to the packing list.
- Attach Rear Crossbar and Tires: Using the tools provided, securely attach the rear crossbar and the two rear tires to the main frame of the sled. Ensure all bolts are tightened.
- Inflate Tires: Before first use, ensure all tires are inflated to 30 PSI (pounds per square inch). A standard bicycle pump or air compressor can be used for inflation. Proper tire pressure is crucial for optimal performance and resistance.
- Install Handles: Insert the removable push handles into their designated slots on the sled. Ensure they are fully seated and stable.

3. Operating Instructions
The TANK M1 utilizes a Mag-Force Variable Resistance Brake system, offering four distinct settings for varied training intensity:
- Neutral (N): This setting disengages the resistance, allowing the sled to move freely. It is ideal for easy repositioning or moving the sled when not in use. To pivot the sled, step on the rear to lift the front tire and rotate.
- Setting 1: Provides the lightest resistance. This setting is best for speed training, agility drills, and warm-ups.
- Setting 2: Offers moderate resistance, suitable for general conditioning, endurance training, and longer pushes or pulls.
- Setting 3: Delivers the highest resistance. This setting is designed for maximum strength development, power training, and intense bursts.
To adjust the resistance, simply move the lever located on the main unit to your desired setting. The TANK M1 can be used for both pushing and pulling exercises. For pulling, attach a harness or rope (not included) to the designated attachment points on the front of the sled.

4. Maintenance
Regular maintenance is essential to ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your TANK M1 Push SLED:
- Tire Pressure: Periodically check and maintain tire pressure at 30 PSI. Under-inflated tires can affect the sled's performance and increase wear on components.
- Cleaning: After each use, wipe down the frame and all components with a damp cloth to remove sweat, dirt, and debris. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the finish.
- Storage: When not in use, store the TANK M1 in a dry environment to prevent rust and corrosion. The removable handles allow for more compact storage.
- Inspections: Regularly inspect all bolted connections to ensure they are tight. Check for any signs of wear or damage to the frame, wheels, or resistance mechanism.
5. Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your TANK M1, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
- Lack of Resistance on Certain Surfaces: The TANK M1 is designed for various surfaces. However, on loose or uneven surfaces like gravel, the front tire may slide or skid, which can reduce the perceived resistance, especially on higher settings. For optimal resistance, use the sled on firm surfaces such as concrete, asphalt, or artificial turf.
- Squeaking or Unusual Noises: Check all bolted connections to ensure they are securely tightened. If noises persist, a light application of lubricant to moving parts (e.g., wheel axles) may be necessary. Consult the assembly diagram for specific lubrication points.
- Difficulty Moving Sled in Neutral: Ensure the resistance lever is fully engaged in the 'N' (Neutral) position. Check for any obstructions around the wheels or within the resistance mechanism. Verify tire pressure is adequate.
- Handles Feel Loose: Ensure the removable handles are fully inserted and seated correctly in their respective slots.
If the problem persists after attempting these solutions, please contact customer support.
