Setup

1. Charging the Headlamp

Before first use, fully charge the headlamp. The built-in 1200mAh battery typically charges in approximately 3 hours.

1. Locate the USB charging port on the side of the headlamp.
2. Open the protective cover of the charging port.
3. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the headlamp and to a USB power source (e.g., power bank, computer USB port, wall adapter).
4. The battery display indicator will show the charging status. When fully charged, all indicator lights will be solid.
5. Once charging is complete, disconnect the cable and securely close the protective cover to maintain water resistance.

2. Wearing the Headlamp

The elastic band is adjustable and designed for comfort and a secure fit.

• Place the headlamp on your head or helmet.
• Adjust the elastic strap to achieve a snug but comfortable fit. The strap is breathable and non-slip.
• If using with a hard hat, attach the included hard hat clips to secure the strap in place.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off and Mode Selection

The headlamp features a single control button for power and mode cycling.

1. To Turn On: Press the power button once. The headlamp will activate in Mode 1 (High + Red Taillight).
2. To Cycle Modes: Press the power button repeatedly to cycle through the available modes:
   • Mode 1: High Brightness (White Headlight) + Red Taillight
   • Mode 2: Low Brightness (White Headlight) + Red Taillight
   • Mode 3: Strobe (White Headlight) + Red Strobe Taillight
3. To Turn Off: After cycling through all modes, press the power button one more time, or press and hold the power button for 2-3 seconds in any mode.

Note: The white headlight and red taillight will turn on together in all modes.

Maintenance

Cleaning

• Wipe the headlamp body with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• If the elastic band becomes dirty, it can be hand-washed with mild soap and water. Ensure it is completely dry before reattaching or storing.

Storage

• Store the headlamp in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• For long-term storage, charge the battery to approximately 50% every 3-6 months to maintain battery health.

Water Resistance

The headlamp is waterproof and can be used in rainy conditions. Always ensure the USB charging port cover is sealed tightly when not charging to maintain its water resistance.

Troubleshooting

• Headlamp not turning on: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect to a power source and check the battery indicator.
• Light is dim: The battery may be low. Recharge the headlamp.
• Headlamp not charging: Check the USB cable and power source. Ensure the cable is securely connected to both the headlamp and the power adapter. Try a different USB cable or power source.
• Red taillight not working: The red taillight operates in conjunction with the white headlight. Ensure the headlamp is turned on. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
