2. Safety Information

4. Setup and Assembly

Assembly is straightforward and typically takes 10-15 minutes. It is recommended to assemble the chair on a carpet or soft surface to prevent scratching.

1. Attach the Seat Plate: Secure the seat plate to the underside of the seat cushion using the provided bolts (M6*20mm) and washers (M6*15mm). Ensure all bolts are tightened securely with the included wrench.
2. Install the Back Cushion: Attach the back cushion to the seat plate using the longer bolts (M6*35mm and M6*40mm) and washers (M6*18mm). Tighten firmly.
3. Insert the Gas Lift: Place the gas lift into the center hole of the star base.
4. Attach the Foot Ring: Slide the foot ring over the gas lift and secure it at your desired height using the adjustment knob.
5. Install Casters: Insert the five casters into the holes at the end of each leg of the star base until they click into place.
6. Connect Seat to Base: Carefully place the assembled seat onto the gas lift, ensuring it is properly seated.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Seat Height Adjustment

To adjust the seat height, pull the lever located under the right side of the seat upwards. While standing, the seat will rise. To lower the seat, pull the lever upwards while seated. Release the lever at your desired height.

5.2. Tilt Function and Tension Adjustment

The chair features a tilt mechanism allowing the backrest to recline. To activate the tilt, pull the same lever used for height adjustment outwards. To lock the chair in an upright position, push the lever inwards. The tilt tension can be adjusted by rotating the round knob located under the seat, allowing you to control the resistance when reclining.

5.3. Foot Ring Adjustment

The foot ring provides support for your feet, especially at higher seat settings. To adjust its height, loosen the knob on the foot ring, slide it to your preferred position, and then tighten the knob securely to fix it in place.

6. Maintenance

• Cleaning: Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals that may damage the mesh or fabric.
• Inspection: Periodically check all screws and bolts to ensure they are tight. Re-tighten if necessary.
• Casters: Keep casters free of debris to ensure smooth rolling.

7. Troubleshooting

• Chair not adjusting height: Ensure the gas lift lever is fully engaged and that there is no obstruction. If the gas lift is faulty, it may need replacement.
• Chair wobbles: Check all assembly bolts and ensure they are securely tightened. Verify the chair is on a flat, even surface.
• Casters not rolling smoothly: Inspect casters for trapped hair or debris and clean as needed.
• Backrest does not tilt: Ensure the tilt lock lever is disengaged. Adjust the tilt tension knob to your preference.
