It features Bluetooth 5.0 for stable transmission, automatic call answering, and volume control. This manual will guide you through the setup, operation, and maintenance of your new headset.

Setup

Installation

To install the headset, slide the clip of the main unit between the helmet's shell and its padding. Secure the speakers inside the helmet's ear pockets using the provided Velcro. Position the microphone arm so it is close to your mouth for clear communication.

Pairing with a Mobile Phone (First Time)

1. Long press the dial button on the headset for 3 seconds. The LED indicator will flash red and blue alternately, indicating it has entered Bluetooth pairing mode.
2. On your mobile phone, turn on Bluetooth and open the Bluetooth device list.
3. Select the Bluetooth name "BT Audio" from the list and tap to connect.
4. Once the connection is successful, the LED indicator on the headset will flash slowly in blue.

Automatic Re-pairing (After Initial Pairing)

If your phone has been previously paired with the headset, simply turn on the headset again. It will automatically attempt to re-pair with the last connected mobile phone, provided the phone is within the effective Bluetooth range (20-30 meters).

Pairing with Dual Phones

The headset supports connection with two mobile phones simultaneously:

1. First, successfully pair the headset with Mobile Phone A following the steps above.
2. After pairing with Mobile Phone A is complete, disconnect the Bluetooth connection on Mobile Phone A.
3. Re-pair the headset with Mobile Phone B by repeating steps 1-2 from the "Pairing with a Mobile Phone (First Time)" section.
4. Once Mobile Phone B is connected, turn on Bluetooth on Mobile Phone A. It will automatically connect to the headset.
5. At this point, both Mobile Phone A and Mobile Phone B will be connected to "BT Audio".

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off

• Power On: Long press the dial button for 3 seconds. The headset will prompt "Power On".
• Power Off: Long press the dial button for 3 seconds. The headset will prompt "Power Off".

Voice Assistant Activation

• Activate Voice Assistant: Long press the dial button for 2 seconds. Your mobile phone's voice assistant (e.g., Siri, Google Assistant) will wake up.

Call and Music Priority

The headset prioritizes phone calls over music playback. When an incoming call is received, any playing music will automatically pause. After the call ends, the music will automatically resume playing.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the headset. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Charging: Charge the headset fully before first use and whenever the battery is low. Use the provided charging cable and a standard 5V USB power source. Avoid overcharging.
• Storage: Store the headset in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures when not in use for extended periods.
• Water Resistance: This product is not water resistant. Avoid exposure to rain or excessive moisture.

Troubleshooting

Headset Not Powering On

• Ensure the headset is fully charged. Connect it to a power source and allow it to charge for at least 1.5 hours.

Unable to Pair with Phone

• Make sure the headset is in pairing mode (LED flashing red and blue alternately).
• Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile phone.
• Move the headset closer to your phone to ensure they are within range.
• Try restarting both the headset and your mobile phone.
• If previously paired, try forgetting "BT Audio" from your phone's Bluetooth settings and re-pairing from scratch.

Poor Sound Quality or Low Volume

• Ensure the speakers are correctly positioned over your ears inside the helmet.
• Adjust the volume on both the headset and your mobile phone.
• Check for any obstructions or damage to the speakers.
• Ensure the microphone is positioned correctly for clear voice pickup.

Headset Disconnects Frequently

• Ensure your mobile phone is within the effective range of the headset (20-30 meters).
• Avoid environments with strong electromagnetic interference.
• Ensure the headset is fully charged. Low battery can affect connection stability.
