Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your chainsaw. Always remove the battery before performing any maintenance.

7.1 Chain Lubrication

The chainsaw features an automatic chain lubrication system. Regularly check the oil level and refill as needed. Use only high-quality chain oil, such as the included organic chain oil.

7.2 Chain Sharpening and Replacement

  • A dull chain will reduce cutting efficiency and increase kickback risk. Sharpen the chain regularly or replace it when necessary.
  • Refer to the chain manufacturer's instructions for proper sharpening techniques.
  • When replacing the chain, ensure it is an OREGON chain compatible with a 10-inch guide bar.

7.3 Cleaning

  • After each use, clean the chainsaw thoroughly. Remove sawdust and debris from the guide bar, chain, and motor housing.
