4. Assembly Instructions

Follow these steps carefully for proper assembly. It is recommended to have a second person assist with certain steps.

1. Prepare the Workspace: Clear a spacious area and lay out all components. Separate hardware by type.
2. Assemble the Cabinet Frame: Attach the side panels to the bottom panel using the provided hardware. Ensure the grooves for the back panel are correctly aligned.
3. Install Casters: Secure the four casters to the bottom of the cabinet frame. Two casters have locking mechanisms; position these on the front side for easy access. It may be helpful to pre-drill small pilot holes for screws if resistance is met.
4. Assemble Drawers (Repeat 5 times): For each drawer, connect the front, back, and side panels. Slide the bottom panel into the designated grooves. Attach the drawer handle to the front panel.
5. Insert Drawers: Carefully slide each assembled drawer into its respective slot within the cabinet frame. Ensure they slide smoothly.
6. Attach Top Panel: Place the top panel onto the assembled frame and secure it with the remaining hardware.
7. Final Check: Verify that all connections are secure and the cabinet is stable.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Using the Drawers

The cabinet features five spacious drawers for organizing various items, from office supplies to personal belongings. To open, gently pull the handle. To close, push the drawer firmly until it is fully seated. While the drawers are designed for smooth operation, they do not utilize metal rails. Ensure items are placed evenly to prevent drawers from becoming misaligned.

5.2 Utilizing Mobility and Locking Casters

The cabinet is equipped with four universal casters for easy movement. Two of these casters include a locking mechanism to secure the cabinet in place.

• To Move: Ensure both locking casters are in the unlocked position. Gently push or pull the cabinet to its desired location.
• To Lock: Once the cabinet is in position, press down on the lever of the two locking casters until they click into place. This will prevent the cabinet from rolling.
• To Unlock: Lift the lever on the two locking casters to release the brake.
