Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your Neabot N2.

1. Self-Emptying Dustbin

  • Dust Bag Replacement: The LED display on the self-emptying dustbin will indicate when the dust bag is full. Replace the bag approximately once a month, or as needed.
  • Filter Cleaning: Periodically check and clean the filter inside the self-emptying dustbin to maintain suction efficiency.

2. Robot Dust Box and Water Tank

  • Empty Dust Box: Although the self-emptying feature handles most debris, manually empty the robot's 300ml dust box if needed, especially after heavy cleaning.
  • Clean Water Tank: Regularly empty and clean the 250ml water tank to prevent mold or blockages. Use only water or recommended cleaning solutions; avoid harsh chemicals.

3. Brushes and Mop Cloths

  • Side Brushes: Inspect and clean the side brushes regularly for tangled hair or debris. Replace them if they become worn.
  • Main Brush: Remove and clean the main brush periodically to remove tangled hair and debris.
  • Mop Cloths: After each mopping session, remove and clean the mop cloth. Replace disposable cloths as needed.
