  • Main Unit: The primary body of the rice cooker housing the heating element and control panel.
  • Nonstick Inner Pot: Removable pot for cooking, designed for easy cleaning.

Setup and First Use

  1. Remove all packaging materials, stickers, and labels from the appliance.
  2. Wash the inner pot, glass lid, rice measuring cup, and serving spatula in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
  3. Wipe the exterior of the rice cooker body with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water.
  4. Ensure the inner pot is completely dry before placing it into the main unit.

Operating Instructions

Cooking Rice

This cooker is designed for simple, one-touch operation. The unit automatically switches to 'Warm' mode once cooking is complete.

  1. Using the provided measuring cup, add the desired amount of rice to the inner pot.
  2. Rinse rice under cool water until the water runs clear. This helps remove excess starch.
  3. For white rice, refer to the "White Rice Chart" below for recommended water levels. For other grains, follow specific recipe instructions.
  4. Place the inner pot into the rice cooker body and cover with the glass lid.
  5. Plug the power cord into a 120V AC electrical outlet.
  6. Press the cooking switch down. The 'Cook' indicator light will illuminate.
  7. Once cooking is complete, the switch will automatically flip up and the 'Warm' indicator light will illuminate.
  8. For best results, allow rice to rest on 'Warm' for 5-10 minutes before serving. This allows for even distribution of moisture.
  9. Unplug the unit when finished serving.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and performance of your rice cooker. Always unplug the unit and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.

  1. Inner Pot: The nonstick inner pot is removable for easy cleaning. Wash it with warm, soapy water using a soft sponge or cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or metal scouring pads, as these can damage the nonstick coating. The inner pot is dishwasher safe.
  2. Glass Lid, Measuring Cup, and Spatula: These accessories can be washed in warm, soapy water or placed in the dishwasher.
  3. Main Unit: Wipe the exterior of the rice cooker body with a clean, damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water or any other liquid. Ensure no water enters the electrical components.
  4. Storage: Once clean and dry, store the rice cooker and its accessories in a cool, dry place. The accessories can be stored inside the inner pot to save space.

If your rice cooker is not functioning as expected, please check the following common issues before contacting support.
