4. Setup & Installation

4.2. Installation Steps
- Plan Placement: Determine the desired location for the light under your cabinet or shelf. Ensure there is enough space for the light (190 x 70 x 5 mm) and that the sensor will not be obstructed.
- Mark Mounting Points: Use the light fixture as a template to mark the screw holes on the underside of the cabinet.
- Drill Pilot Holes (if necessary): Carefully drill small pilot holes at the marked points.
- Secure the Light: Position the light and secure it with appropriate screws.
- Connect Power: Connect the Micro 12 cable from the light to your 12V DC power supply or a compatible 10-way distributor. Ensure correct polarity.
- Test Functionality: Once all connections are secure, connect the power supply to the mains and test the light's operation.

5. Operating Instructions
The FYN SE D-MOTION light features an integrated sensor for intuitive control of power, dimming, and color temperature.
5.1. Basic Functions
- Switch On/Off: Briefly touch the sensor area to turn the light on or off.
- Dimming: When the light is on, touch and hold the sensor area to adjust the brightness. Release when the desired brightness is reached.
- Color Temperature Adjustment (D-MOTION): With the light on, quickly touch the sensor area twice to cycle through the color temperature settings (from warm white 2700K to cool white 6000K).

6. Maintenance
The LED under-cabinet light requires minimal maintenance.
- Cleaning: Disconnect power before cleaning. Use a soft, dry, or slightly damp cloth to wipe the surface. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
