2. Key Features

3. Setup

3.1 Setting Your Combination Lock

Your TUPLUS suitcase is equipped with a TSA-compatible combination lock. To set your personal combination:

1. Set the lock to the open state (default is 0-0-0).
2. On the back of the lock, turn the code switch from 'A' to 'B'.
3. Turn the code wheels to select your desired 3-digit code and dial it to the middle.
4. Turn the code switch back to 'A'. The password setting is now complete.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Extending and Retracting the Handle

To extend the handle, press the pop-up button located on the top of the handle and pull upwards. The handle can be adjusted to three different height settings. To retract, press the button and push the handle downwards until it is fully flush with the suitcase top.

4.2 Packing Your Suitcase

The suitcase features a fully enclosed mesh interior with multiple pockets and cross straps to ensure your items are properly organized and secured during travel. Utilize the mesh dividers and straps to compress clothing and prevent shifting.

4.3 Using the USB Charging System

To use the USB charging system, connect your own power bank (not included) to the internal USB-A cable. Then, connect your device to the external USB-A port for convenient charging.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning

To clean the ABS hard shell, wipe with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents that may damage the surface. For scuffs, a melamine foam eraser (like a 'Mr. Clean Magic Eraser') can be used gently with water.

5.2 Storage

Store your suitcase in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. If storing for extended periods, ensure it is clean and dry. It is recommended to use a luggage cover to reduce damage on the luggage during storage or transit.

6. Troubleshooting

6.1 Handle Not Extending/Retracting Smoothly

Ensure no debris is obstructing the handle mechanism. Press the release button firmly and apply gentle, even pressure when extending or retracting. Avoid forcing the handle.

6.2 Combination Lock Issues

If you forget your combination, unfortunately, there is no master key for personal locks. You may need to try all combinations (000-999) or contact a locksmith. Ensure the numbers are aligned correctly when attempting to open the lock.
