Important Safeguards
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and injury to persons. Read all instructions carefully before using the appliance.

Before First Use (Setup)
Follow these steps before using your air fryer for the first time:
- Unpack: Remove all packaging materials, stickers, and labels from the appliance.
- Clean: Wash the frying basket and pan thoroughly with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge. Rinse and dry completely. Wipe the inside and outside of the appliance with a damp cloth.
- Placement: Place the air fryer on a stable, horizontal, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is at least 10 cm (4 inches) of free space on the back and sides, and 10 cm (4 inches) above the appliance to allow for proper air circulation.
- Preheat (Optional): It is recommended to run the air fryer empty for about 10-15 minutes at maximum temperature during the first use to eliminate any manufacturing odors. Ensure the area is well-ventilated during this process.

Operating Instructions
Follow these steps to operate your Lifelong LLHF421 Fryo Air Fryer:
- Prepare Food: Prepare your ingredients. For best results, lightly coat food with oil if desired, though many foods cook well without added oil.
- Place Food in Basket: Pull the basket handle to slide the frying basket out of the appliance. Place the food into the basket. Do not overfill the basket; ensure there is enough space for air to circulate.
- Insert Basket: Slide the frying basket back into the air fryer until it clicks into place.
- Set Temperature: Turn the temperature control knob to your desired temperature (180°C - 200°C).
- Set Timer: Turn the timer knob to the required cooking time. The air fryer will start heating immediately.
- Monitor Cooking: During cooking, for even results, some foods may require shaking or turning halfway through the cooking time. Pull out the basket, shake or turn the food, and then slide the basket back in. The air fryer will resume cooking.
- Cooking Completion: When the timer reaches zero, a bell will sound, indicating that the cooking process is complete.
- Remove Food: Carefully pull out the frying basket. Use heat-resistant tongs to remove the cooked food from the basket. Avoid touching the hot basket or pan directly.
- Cool Down: Allow the appliance to cool down completely before cleaning or storing.

Cleaning and Maintenance

- Clean Basket and Pan: Remove the frying basket and pan. Wash them with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge. For stubborn food residues, soak the basket and pan in hot water with dish soap for about 10 minutes. The basket and pan are NOT dishwasher safe.
- Clean Interior: Wipe the inside of the appliance with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or steel wool.
- Clean Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the air fryer with a damp cloth.
- Storage: Ensure all parts are clean and dry before storing the air fryer in a cool, dry place.
