Setup and First Use
- Unpack: Carefully remove the bread maker and all accessories from the packaging.
- Clean: Wash the bread pan and kneading blades with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Wipe the exterior of the bread maker with a damp cloth.
- Assemble: Insert the kneading blades onto the shafts at the bottom of the bread pan. Place the bread pan into the bread maker, ensuring it clicks securely into place.
- Ventilate: Place the bread maker on a stable, heat-resistant surface with adequate ventilation around it.
- Power On: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet. The display will light up, indicating it's ready for use.

Basic Bread Making Steps
- Add Ingredients: Place ingredients into the bread pan in the order specified by your recipe (typically liquids first, then dry ingredients, with yeast last). Ensure kneading blades are properly installed.
- Select Program: Press the "MENU" button to cycle through the 15 available programs until your desired program is selected (e.g., Basic, French, Whole Wheat, Gluten Free).
- Choose Loaf Size: Press the "WEIGHT" button to select the desired loaf size (2lb, 2.5lb, or 3lb).
- Select Crust Color: Press the "COLOR" button to choose your preferred crust color (Light, Medium, or Dark).
- Start Baking: Press the "START/STOP" button to begin the baking process. The machine will automatically perform kneading, rising, and baking cycles.
- Remove Bread: Once the program is complete, the machine will beep. Unplug the appliance and carefully remove the bread pan using oven mitts. Invert the pan to release the bread. Use the metal hook to remove the kneading blades from the bread if they remain embedded.
