2. Setup and Installation
2.1 Component Installation
Before installing the motherboard into your PC case, install the CPU, CPU cooler, and RAM modules.
- CPU Installation: Open the LGA 1200 socket lever, align the triangular mark on the CPU with the mark on the socket, gently place the CPU, and close the lever to secure it.
- RAM Installation: Open the clips on the DDR4 DIMM slots. Align the notch on the RAM module with the key in the slot. Press down firmly on both ends of the module until the clips snap into place. This motherboard supports DDR4 memory up to 128 GB.
- M.2 SSD Installation: Locate the M.2 slot. Insert the M.2 SSD at an angle and then gently push it down, securing it with the provided screw.
- SATA Devices: Connect SATA data cables from your storage drives (HDDs/SSDs) to the SATA 6Gb/s ports on the motherboard.

2.2 Power and Peripheral Connections
After installing the motherboard into the PC case, connect the necessary power cables and peripherals.
- ATX Power: Connect the 24-pin ATX power connector and the 8-pin CPU power connector from your power supply unit (PSU) to the corresponding ports on the motherboard.
