Troubleshooting

ProblemPossible CauseSolution
Unit does not power on.No power connection or faulty 12V source.Ensure the 12V power cable is securely connected to both the unit and a working 12V output. Test the 12V source with another device if possible.
Weak airflow.Fan speed set too low; vents obstructed; low water/ice level.Increase fan speed using the digital controller. Check and clear any obstructions from the vents. Ensure sufficient water or ice is in the reservoir.
No cooling effect.Insufficient ice; only water added (swamp cooler mode); unit placed in hot environment.Add more ice for air conditioning effect. If using as a swamp cooler, ensure water is present. Move the unit to a cooler, shaded area if possible.
Unusual noise during operation.Fan obstruction; unit not on a level surface.Check for any foreign objects near the fan blades. Ensure the unit is placed on a stable, level surface.
