4. Setup

Before first use, wash all removable parts (cones, filter, juice container, spout) in warm, soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry. The main motor unit should only be wiped with a damp cloth.

1. Place the motor base on a stable, flat, and dry surface.
2. Insert the juice container onto the motor base, ensuring it is properly seated.
3. Place the stainless steel filter into the juice container.
4. Select the appropriate pressing cone (small for lemons/limes, stainless steel for oranges/grapefruits) and place it onto the filter.
5. Ensure the stainless steel spout is in the closed (upward) position if you wish to collect juice in the container, or open (downward) if you want to juice directly into a glass.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Juicing Citrus Fruits

The LEBENLANG Electric Citrus Juicer offers two ways to juice and two cone sizes for optimal extraction:

1. Cut the citrus fruit (oranges, lemons, limes, grapefruits) in half.
2. Place one half of the fruit, cut-side down, onto the selected pressing cone.
3. Using the Lever: Gently pull down the lever handle to press the fruit onto the cone. The juicer will automatically start when pressure is applied and stop when pressure is released.
4. By Hand: Alternatively, you can press the fruit down onto the cone by hand. The juicer will activate upon pressure.
5. Continue until all juice is extracted. Lift the lever or your hand to stop the motor.

5.2 Lockable Juice Spout

The juicer features a lockable spout, allowing you to either collect juice in the internal container or dispense it directly into a glass.

• To dispense juice directly, push the spout downwards.
• To collect juice in the internal container, push the spout upwards to close it.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your juicer. Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.

1. Unplug the juicer from the power outlet.
2. Disassemble the removable parts: pressing cone, filter, juice container, and spout.
3. Wash these parts under warm running water with a mild dish soap. A brush may be used to remove pulp from the filter.
