Installation Instructions
1. Before You Begin
- Ensure the power is turned off at the circuit breaker.
- Gather necessary tools: screwdriver, wire strippers, electrical tape, ladder.
- Unpack all components and inspect for any damage.
2. Assembly Steps
- Prepare the Mounting Plate: Attach the mounting plate to the ceiling junction box using the provided screws. Ensure it is securely fastened.
- Assemble the Rods: The chandelier includes 4 adjustable rods (three 11.8-inch rods and one 5.9-inch rod). Determine the desired hanging height and thread the fixture wires through the chosen extension rods. Connect the rods to the main fixture body and the canopy.
- Wire Connections: Connect the fixture's wires to the house wiring according to standard electrical codes (typically black to black, white to white, and ground to ground). Use wire nuts to secure connections.
- Secure the Canopy: Carefully push the canopy up to the ceiling, covering the junction box and wiring. Secure it in place with the provided screws or nuts.
- Install Bulbs: Screw 6 E26 base bulbs (not included) into the sockets. Do not overtighten.
