Setup and Installation

Follow these general steps for installing your outdoor wall light fixtures. It is recommended to have a second person assist during installation.

1. Turn Off Power: Locate the circuit breaker controlling the outdoor lighting circuit and turn off the power. Verify power is off using a voltage tester.
2. Prepare Mounting Surface: Ensure the electrical box is securely mounted and the wiring is accessible.
3. Attach Mounting Bracket: Secure the fixture's mounting bracket to the electrical box using the provided screws.
4. Wire Connections: Connect the fixture's wires to your household wiring. Match black to black (live), white to white (neutral), and green/bare copper to green/bare copper (ground). Secure connections with wire nuts.
5. Mount Fixture: Carefully tuck the wires into the electrical box and align the fixture with the mounting bracket. Secure the fixture to the bracket using the provided screws.
6. Install Bulb: Insert an E26 base dimmable bulb (not included) into the socket. Do not exceed 60W.
7. Restore Power: Turn the power back on at the circuit breaker.

Operating Instructions

Your WIHTU outdoor wall light fixtures feature intelligent motion sensing and dusk-to-dawn capabilities. The fixture operates in two primary modes:

• Automatic Dusk-to-Dawn Mode: The light will automatically turn on at a lower brightness when it gets dark. When motion is detected within its 40-foot, 220-degree detection zone, the light will switch to full brightness. After a period of no motion, it will return to the lower brightness setting.
• Override Mode: To activate Override Mode, quickly toggle the wall switch OFF and then ON. In this mode, the light will illuminate at 100% brightness for approximately 8 hours, regardless of motion. After 8 hours, or at dawn, the fixture will automatically revert to the Automatic Dusk-to-Dawn Mode.

Maintenance
