4. Setup Guide
4.1. Connecting the Printer

- Turn on the printer using the Power Switch.
4.2. Driver Installation

- Insert the U disk into your computer's USB port.

- Follow the on-screen instructions. During installation, select "4B-2054L" as the printer model if prompted.

4.3. Loading Labels
The printer supports both roll labels and fanfold labels. Ensure labels are loaded correctly for optimal printing.
- Press the Printer Open Button to open the top cover.
- Adjust the label guides to match the width of your labels. The printer supports label widths from 0.78" (20mm) to 4.6" (118mm).
- Insert the labels into the printer, ensuring the printable side is facing up and the labels are aligned with the guides.
- Close the top cover firmly until it clicks into place.
- The printer will automatically detect the label size and calibrate. If not, press the Feed Button once to feed a blank label and calibrate.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Printing a Label
Once the printer is set up and drivers are installed, you can print labels from your preferred application or platform.
- Open the document or label you wish to print (e.g., a shipping label from Amazon, eBay, Shopify, etc.).
- Select "Print" from your application's menu.
- Choose the "vretti 4B-2054L" printer from the list of available printers.
- Ensure the paper size settings in your print dialogue match the label size you have loaded (e.g., 4"x6").
- Click "Print" to send the job to the printer.

6.1. Cleaning the Print Head
To maintain print quality, clean the print head periodically, especially if you notice faded or incomplete prints.
- Turn off the printer and unplug the power cord.
- Open the top cover of the printer.
- Wait a few minutes for the print head to cool down if the printer has been recently used.
- Gently wipe the print head surface with an alcohol swab or a lint-free cloth lightly dampened with isopropyl alcohol.
- Allow the print head to dry completely before closing the cover and reconnecting power.
