Setup Guide
- Assembly: Insert the handle into the main body of the vacuum cleaner until it clicks securely into place.
- Charging: Place the assembled unit onto the charging dock. Ensure the power adapter is connected to the dock and a power outlet. The battery indicator will illuminate during charging. Fully charge the device before first use (approximately 3-4 hours).
- Fill Clean Water Tank: Remove the clean water tank from the back of the main unit. Open the cap and fill it with clean tap water. For optimal cleaning, add one capful of Tineco Deodorizing & Cleaning Solution to the clean water tank. Do not use other cleaning solutions as they may cause excessive foam or damage the device. Securely close the cap and reinsert the tank.
- Initial Check: Ensure the dirty water tank is empty and properly installed before operation.

Operating Instructions
Power On/Off
Press the Power Button on the handle to turn the device on or off. The LED display will show the current status.
Cleaning Modes
The Tineco FLOOR ONE S5 offers two cleaning modes:
- AUTO Mode: This is the default mode. The iLoop Smart Sensor automatically detects the dirt level on the floor and adjusts suction power and water flow accordingly. This mode is ideal for daily cleaning and ensures efficient use of water and battery.
- MAX Mode: For stubborn dirt and heavily soiled areas, press the Mode Button to switch to MAX mode. This provides maximum suction and water flow for intensive cleaning.

iLoop Smart Sensor Technology
The patented iLoop Smart Sensor detects wet and dry dirt, debris, and other messes on your floor. The LED display ring changes color to indicate the dirt level:
- Red: Indicates heavy dirt detected. The device will automatically increase suction and water flow.
- Blue: Indicates light dirt or clean area. The device will reduce suction and water flow to conserve battery and water.

Edge Cleaning Performance
The unique brush roller design allows the FLOOR ONE S5 to clean closely along baseboards and into hard-to-reach corners, ensuring comprehensive floor coverage. The floor is left completely dry and streak-free within minutes.

Wet and Dry Cleaning
The FLOOR ONE S5 is designed to handle various types of messes on hard floors, including:

Self-Cleaning Cycle
After each use, or when prompted by the device, initiate the self-cleaning cycle:
- Place the device on the charging dock.
- Ensure the clean water tank has sufficient water.
- Press the Self-Clean Button (usually indicated by a circular arrow icon) on the handle.
- The device will automatically clean the brush roller and internal tubes. Once complete, the centrifugal drying process effectively removes water from the roller, preventing odors.

Emptying and Cleaning the Dirty Water Tank
The device will alert you when the dirty water tank is full. It is recommended to empty and rinse the dirty water tank after each use to prevent odors and maintain hygiene.
- Press the release button and remove the dirty water tank.
- Carefully open the lid and dispose of the dirty water.
- Rinse the tank and its filter thoroughly with clean water.
- Allow all parts to air dry completely before reassembling.
Cleaning the Brush Roller and Filter
Even with self-cleaning, periodic manual cleaning of the brush roller and filter is recommended, especially if you notice reduced performance or odors.
- Remove the brush roller cover and then the brush roller.
- Use the provided 3-in-1 cleaning tool to remove any hair or debris wrapped around the roller. Rinse the roller under running water.
- Remove the filter from the dirty water tank. Tap it gently to remove dry debris, then rinse it under water.
- Ensure the brush roller and filter are completely dry before reinstalling them to prevent mold or odors.
