2. Important Safety Instructions
WARNING: To reduce the risk of burns, fire, electric shock, or injury to persons, observe the following:
- Always unplug the sauna from the electrical outlet immediately after using and before cleaning.
- Do not use while sleeping or drowsy.
- Do not use on an infant or invalid, or on a person who is unconscious or asleep.
- Do not use in the presence of explosive and/or flammable fumes.
- Do not operate under a blanket or pillow. Excessive heating can occur and cause fire, electric shock, or injury to persons.
- Close supervision is necessary when this product is used by, on, or near children or invalids.
- Use this product only for its intended use as described in this manual. Do not use attachments not recommended by the manufacturer.
- Never operate this product if it has a damaged cord or plug, if it is not working properly, if it has been dropped or damaged, or dropped into water. Return the product to a service center for examination and repair.
- Keep the cord away from heated surfaces.
- Never block the air openings of the product or place it on a soft surface, such as a bed or couch, where the air openings may be blocked. Keep air openings free of lint, hair, and the like.
- Never drop or insert any object into any opening.
- Do not use outdoors.
- Do not operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where oxygen is being administered.
- To disconnect, turn all controls to the OFF position, then remove plug from outlet.
- Do not stand on the foot mat.

4. Setup Instructions
- Unpack the Sauna: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
- Unfold the Cabin: Place the foldable sauna cabin on a flat, stable, and heat-resistant surface. Gently unfold the cabin until it forms its full shape. Ensure the zippers are aligned.
- Insert the Chair: Place the foldable chair inside the sauna cabin. Ensure it is stable and centered.
- Position the Foot Heating Pad: Place the foot heating pad on the floor inside the sauna cabin. Connect its cable to the designated port inside the cabin.
- Connect the Controller: Connect the external thermoregulator (remote control) cable to the corresponding port on the exterior of the sauna cabin.
- Power Connection: Plug the power cord from the thermoregulator into a standard electrical outlet. Ensure the outlet meets the power requirements (1000W).

5. Operating Instructions
- Pre-heating: Plug in the sauna. Use the external thermoregulator to set your desired temperature and time. Allow 5-10 minutes for the sauna to pre-heat.
- Enter the Sauna: Unzip the main zipper, sit on the chair inside the cabin, and zip yourself in. The neck opening can be adjusted for comfort.
- Adjust Settings: Use the remote control to adjust temperature and time during your session as needed. The maximum recommended session time is 30-45 minutes.
- Hydration: It is recommended to drink water before and after your sauna session to stay hydrated.
- Exiting the Sauna: Once your session is complete or you wish to exit, turn off the unit using the remote control, unzip the cabin, and carefully step out.
- Cool Down: Allow your body to cool down gradually after a session.

6. Maintenance and Storage
- Cleaning: After each use, wipe the interior of the sauna cabin with a damp cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a mild, non-abrasive cleaner. Ensure the sauna is completely dry before folding or storing.
- Drying: Leave the sauna partially unzipped for a period after use to allow any moisture to evaporate.

- Foot Mat Care: The foot heating pad can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. Do not immerse it in water.
