Selecting Modes and Intensity

1. Long press the On/Off switch to power on the device.
2. Press the 'F' button to select your desired function: TENS (Pain Relief), EMS (Muscle Conditioning), or MASSAGE (Relaxing Body).
3. Press the 'M' button to cycle through the specific modes available within the selected function.
