1. Introduction
Thank you for purchasing the COOCHEER 17-In-1 Pressure Cooker & Air Fryer Combo. This versatile appliance is designed to simplify your cooking experience by combining the functions of a pressure cooker, air fryer, slow cooker, multicooker, and rice cooker into one compact unit. With its dual detachable lids and smart LED touchscreen, preparing a wide variety of delicious meals has never been easier. Please read this manual thoroughly before first use to ensure safe and optimal operation.

2. Important Safety Information
Always follow basic safety precautions when using electrical appliances to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, injury, or damage. This appliance is equipped with 11+ built-in safety systems, including a safety lock, automated pressure and temperature control, and overheat protection, all ETL certified.
- Read all instructions before operating the appliance.
- Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
- To protect against electrical shock, do not immerse cord, plugs, or the main unit in water or other liquid.
- Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
- Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts.
- Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner.
- The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the appliance manufacturer may cause injuries.
- Do not use outdoors.
- Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.
- Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
- Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance containing hot oil or other hot liquids.
- Always attach plug to appliance first, then plug cord into the wall outlet. To disconnect, turn any control to "off", then remove plug from wall outlet.
- Do not use appliance for other than intended use.
- When pressure cooking, ensure the Easy-Seal pressure cooking lid automatically seals when locked.

3. Setup and Assembly
3.1 Unpacking and Initial Cleaning
- Carefully remove all contents from the packaging.
- Wash the inner pot, sealing ring, fry basket, roast rack, spoon, and measuring cup with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
- Wipe the exterior of the main unit and the lids with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit or lids in water.
3.2 Assembling the Lids
The COOCHEER appliance comes with two detachable lids: a Pressure Lid and an Air Fryer Lid. Ensure the correct lid is used for the desired cooking function.
- Pressure Lid: Used for pressure cooking, slow cooking, steaming, and sautéing. Align the lid with the main unit and twist clockwise until it locks into place. Ensure the pressure release valve is in the correct position for sealing or venting as required by your recipe.
- Air Fryer Lid: Used for air frying, roasting, broiling, dehydrating, and baking. Place the air fryer lid directly onto the main unit. It does not twist and lock like the pressure lid but sits securely on top.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Pressure Cooking Functions (using Pressure Lid)
The pressure cooking functions utilize the Pressure Lid and offer 17 selectable presets for various dishes. The control panel features a function knob and touch screen for easy selection.
- Place the inner pot into the main unit. Add ingredients and liquids according to your recipe. Do not exceed the MAX fill line.
- Place the Pressure Lid onto the main unit and twist clockwise until it locks. Ensure the pressure release valve is set to "Sealing".
- Plug in the appliance. The LED display will illuminate.
- Use the Function Knob to select your desired preset (e.g., Rice, Soup, Meat/Stew, Poultry, Beans/Chili, Multi-Grain, Yogurt, Slow Cook, Sauté, Sous Vide, Porridge, Pork/Ribs, Dessert, Risotto, Vegetables).
- Adjust cooking time and pressure level using the "Adjust" button and knob if needed.
- Press "Start" to begin cooking. The appliance will preheat, then begin pressure cooking.
- Once cooking is complete, the appliance will beep and automatically switch to "Keep Warm" mode.
- Carefully release pressure using the quick release method (if safe for your recipe) or allow for natural pressure release before opening the lid.

4.2 Air Frying Functions (using Air Fryer Lid)
The air frying functions utilize the Air Fryer Lid and its dedicated digital control panel. This lid uses 360° Rapid Air Circulation Technology for crispy results with less oil.
- Place the inner pot into the main unit. Place the fry basket or roast rack inside the inner pot if required by your recipe.
- Add your food to the basket or rack. Do not overfill.
- Place the Air Fryer Lid securely on top of the main unit.
- Plug in the appliance. The Air Fryer Lid's digital display will illuminate.
- Select your desired preset (e.g., Chips, Fish, Hamburger, Pizza, Beef, Chicken Leg, Steak, Chicken, Dehydrate, Broil Corn, Defrost) or manually set temperature and time.
- Adjust temperature and time using the dedicated buttons on the air fryer lid's control panel.
- Press the Start/Pause button to begin cooking.
- Some recipes may require shaking or flipping food halfway through cooking. The appliance may beep to remind you.
- Once cooking is complete, carefully remove the Air Fryer Lid (it will be hot) and place it on the included lid holder.

5. Care and Maintenance
Proper cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your COOCHEER appliance.
5.1 Cleaning
- Always unplug the appliance and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Inner Pot: The nonstick inner pot is dishwasher safe, but hand washing with warm, soapy water is recommended to preserve the nonstick coating.
- Lids: The Pressure Lid and Air Fryer Lid should be wiped clean with a damp cloth. The sealing ring on the pressure lid is removable for thorough cleaning. Do not immerse either lid in water.
- Accessories: The fry basket, roast rack, spoon, and measuring cup can be washed with warm, soapy water or placed in the dishwasher.
- Main Unit: Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a clean, damp cloth. Never immerse the main unit in water.
- Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling or storing.

5.2 Storage
Store the appliance in a cool, dry place. Ensure the lids are not sealed tightly to allow for air circulation and prevent odors.
