Assembly Instructions
Assembly typically requires two adults. Please follow the steps below carefully.
- Unpack and Identify Parts: Lay out all components on a clean, soft surface to prevent scratches. Identify each part using the provided labels and the parts list in your package.
- Assemble Headboard and Footboard: Attach the wooden panels to the metal frames of the headboard and footboard using the specified hardware. Do not fully tighten bolts until all components are loosely assembled.
- Connect Side Rails: Attach the side rails to the assembled headboard and footboard. Ensure the connections are secure.
- Install Center Support Beam: Secure the center support beam and its legs.
- Install Slats: Place the metal slats across the frame. Ensure the non-slip strips on the slats are correctly positioned.
- Important Note on Tail Beam Connection: The iron piece on the tail beam must be tightly connected to the iron piece on the middle beam. If it does not connect properly, rotate the tail beam 180° horizontally and reattempt.
- Final Tightening: Once all parts are in place and aligned, systematically tighten all bolts using the provided tools. Do not overtighten.
- Attach Protective Pads: Ensure plastic foot plugs are securely attached to the bottom of all support legs to protect your floor.

Care and Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the bed frame with a dry cloth to remove dust and debris. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Regular Inspection: Periodically check all bolts and connections to ensure they remain tight. Retighten as necessary to maintain stability and prevent noise.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Difficulty connecting tail beam to middle beam | Tail beam installed incorrectly. | Rotate the tail beam 180° horizontally and reattempt connection. Ensure the iron pieces align properly. |
| Bed frame makes noise (squeaking) | Loose connections or lack of non-slip strips. | Check and tighten all bolts. Ensure non-slip strips are properly installed on the slats. Verify plastic foot plugs are in place. |
| Mattress slides on the frame | Non-slip strips not effective or mattress is too light. | Ensure non-slip strips are correctly positioned on the slats. Consider adding additional non-slip material between the mattress and slats if the issue persists with a lighter mattress. |
