3. Setup

1. Air Supply Connection: Connect the air inlet (1/4" NPT) of the rivet gun to a suitable air compressor using an appropriate air hose. Ensure the air pressure is within the recommended range (6-8 kgf or 85.34-113.79 PSI).
2. Nosepiece Installation: Select the correct nosepiece size (3/32", 1/8", 5/32", or 3/16") that matches the diameter of the rivets you intend to use. Thread the chosen nosepiece onto the front of the tool securely.
3. Initial Lubrication: Before first use, apply a few drops of pneumatic tool oil into the air inlet to lubricate internal components.
4. Safety Check: Ensure all connections are secure and there are no air leaks. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including eye protection.

4. Operating Instructions

1. Prepare the Rivet: Insert the rivet mandrel into the selected nosepiece of the rivet gun. The self-suction feature will hold the rivet in place.
2. Position the Rivet: Place the rivet head into the pre-drilled hole of the materials to be joined. Ensure the rivet head is flush against the material surface.
3. Activate the Tool: Press the trigger to activate the pneumatic mechanism. The tool will pull the rivet mandrel, expanding the rivet body and forming a secure joint. Continue holding the trigger until the mandrel snaps off.
4. Mandrel Collection: The broken mandrel will be automatically collected in the transparent bucket at the rear of the tool.
