Introduction
This manual provides detailed instructions for the Havcybin GA-4H-TX 2.4GHz 4-channel RC remote control system. This system is designed for precise control of various remote-controlled vehicles, including RC cars, boats, and tanks. Please read this manual thoroughly before operating your device to ensure proper setup and safe use.
Key Features
- 2.4GHz FHSS Technology: Utilizes 67 channels frequency-hopping spread spectrum for high resistance to interference.
- Fast Response: Receiver response time of 2ms ensures quick and precise control.
- Extended Control Distance: Stable operation up to 200-300 meters.
- Versatile Compatibility: Suitable for RC cars, boats, and tanks.
- Safety Functions: Includes brake and fail-safe (out-of-control protection) features.
- Configurable Channels: Each of the 4 channels can be set individually, supporting mixed control for channels 1 and 2.
- Voltage Warning: Transmitter operates on 4.8V-6V with a low voltage warning at 4.5V. Receiver operates on 3.3V-6V and supports high voltage servos.

Setup Instructions
1. Battery Installation
The transmitter requires four (4) AAA batteries. To install:
- Locate the battery compartment on the bottom of the transmitter (refer to Figure 2, item 8).
- Open the battery compartment cover.
- Insert four AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
- Close the battery compartment cover securely.

Figure 3: Transmitter bottom view, showing the battery compartment and the included receiver.
2. Receiver Connection
Connect the receiver to your RC vehicle's electronic speed controller (ESC) and servos. Ensure all connections are correct before powering on.
3. Transmitter and Receiver Pairing (Binding)
The transmitter and receiver must be paired (bound) for communication. This process is typically only required when installing a new transmitter or receiver, or if the connection is lost.

Figure 4: Step-by-step visual guide for pairing the transmitter and receiver.
- Power on the Receiver: Connect the receiver to power (e.g., from the ESC). Press the "SW" (Switch) key on the receiver. The receiver's LED will flash quickly.
- Turn on the Transmitter: With the receiver's LED flashing, turn on the power switch of the transmitter (Figure 2, item 5).
- Confirmation: When the LED on the receiver changes from flashing to a steady on, it indicates that the signal between the transmitter and receiver is successfully connected and paired.
Important: If the remote does not work after initial setup, attempt the binding process again.

Operating Instructions
Basic Control
- Steering: Use the steering wheel (Figure 2, item 1) to control the left and right direction of your vehicle.
- Throttle: Use the throttle trigger (Figure 2, item 2) for speed control. Pull the trigger towards you for forward motion, and push it away from you for reverse or braking.
Receiver Runaway Protection (Fail-Safe) Settings
The runaway protection function ensures your vehicle stops or returns to a safe state if the signal is lost.

Figure 6: Visual guide for setting and clearing receiver runaway protection.
- Setting Out-of-Control Protection:
- In a connected state (receiver LED steady on), press and hold the code key on the receiver for 3 seconds. The LED will flash quickly.
- Within 5 seconds, rotate the throttle trigger to your desired fail-safe position (e.g., neutral or brake).
- Wait for the LED to stop flashing, indicating the setting is saved.
- Clearing Out-of-Control Protection:
- Press and hold the code key on the receiver for 3 seconds to clear the current fail-safe settings.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the transmitter and receiver. Avoid using solvents or harsh chemicals.
- Storage: Store the device in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Remove batteries from the transmitter if storing for extended periods to prevent leakage.
- Battery Care: Always use fresh batteries. Replace all batteries at the same time. Do not mix old and new batteries or different types of batteries.
Troubleshooting
- No Response from Vehicle:
- Ensure the transmitter is powered on and has fresh batteries.
- Verify the receiver is correctly connected to the vehicle's power source and components.
- Perform the pairing (binding) process again as described in the "Setup Instructions" section.
- Short Control Range or Interference:
- Check for obstructions between the transmitter and receiver.
- Ensure the transmitter antenna is not damaged or obstructed.
- Avoid operating near other 2.4GHz devices or strong electromagnetic interference sources.
- Receiver LED Not Lighting Up:
- Confirm the receiver is receiving power from the vehicle's ESC or battery.
- Check all wiring connections to the receiver.
