Introduction
The wuyule 36 Egg Incubator is an automatic digital incubator designed for hatching various types of poultry eggs. This device provides a controlled environment with automatic temperature regulation and egg turning to support the incubation process. It is suitable for chicken, duck, goose, pigeon, and quail eggs, offering a user-friendly experience for hobbyists and small-scale breeders.
Key features include an integrated egg candler for observing embryo development, a drawer-type water tray for easy humidity management and cleaning, and adjustable egg slot spacing to accommodate different egg sizes.

Setup
- Placement: Place the incubator on a stable, level surface in a room with a consistent ambient temperature, away from direct sunlight, drafts, and extreme temperature fluctuations.
- Water Tray Installation: Slide the drawer-type water tray into its designated slot at the bottom of the incubator.
- Initial Water Filling: Carefully add water to the water tray using the provided water bottle. Ensure the water level is adequate but does not exceed the overflow hole. This establishes initial humidity.
- Egg Tray Installation: Place the egg turning tray inside the incubator. Ensure it is correctly seated for the automatic turning mechanism to function.
- Power Connection: Connect the power cord to the incubator's hidden socket and then plug it into a suitable power outlet (AC95-125V). The display will illuminate, and the incubator will begin to heat up.
- Pre-heating: Allow the incubator to run for at least 2-3 hours to stabilize the internal temperature and humidity before placing eggs.

Operating Instructions
Temperature Control
The incubator features automatic temperature control. The built-in temperature probe monitors the internal temperature in real-time. The initial default temperature setting is typically 38°C (100.4°F). If adjustment is necessary, refer to the specific temperature setting instructions provided on the control panel or in the detailed manual for your model. Use the temperature setting buttons on the console to modify the target temperature.
Humidity Management
Humidity is maintained by adding water to the drawer-type water tray. Regularly check the water level and refill as needed. The overflow hole prevents overfilling. For most incubation periods, simply maintaining water in the tray is sufficient. During the last few days before hatching (lockdown period), increased humidity may be required; consult specific guidelines for the type of eggs you are incubating.
Egg Placement
Carefully place the fertilized eggs into the egg slots on the turning tray. The incubator allows for adjustable slot spacing to accommodate various egg sizes, from small quail eggs to larger duck or goose eggs. Ensure eggs are placed securely and do not obstruct the turning mechanism.

Figure 5: The egg tray features adjustable dividers to fit different egg sizes, such as quail eggs (left) and goose eggs (right).
Automatic Egg Turning
The incubator is equipped with a fully automatic egg turning system. Once the egg tray is correctly installed and the unit is powered on, the mechanism will gently turn the eggs at regular intervals. This eliminates the need for manual turning and ensures even heat distribution for optimal embryo development.

Figure 6: The automatic egg turning function ensures eggs are rotated consistently for proper development.
Egg Candling Function
An integrated LED egg candler allows you to observe the development of the embryo without disturbing the incubation process. Simply place an egg over the LED light to check for fertility and growth. This feature helps identify infertile eggs or those with arrested development, which can then be removed.

Incubation Period Guidelines
The incubation period varies depending on the type of egg. The following table provides general guidelines:

Figure 8: Typical incubation durations for various poultry eggs.
| Egg Type | Incubation Days |
|---|---|
| Goose | 28 Days |
| Duck | 28 Days |
| Chicken | 21 Days |
| Pigeon | 18 Days |
| Quail | 18 Days |
Always refer to specific breed guidelines for precise incubation requirements.
Maintenance
Cleaning
Regular cleaning is essential for hygiene and optimal performance. The drawer-type water tray can be easily removed for thorough cleaning. After each hatch, or if contamination occurs, clean all internal surfaces with a mild disinfectant solution suitable for poultry equipment. Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembly or storage.
- Unplug the incubator before cleaning.
- Remove the egg tray and water tray.
- Wash trays and internal surfaces with warm soapy water or a diluted disinfectant.
- Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
- Wipe down the exterior with a damp cloth.
Storage
When not in use, store the incubator in a clean, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Ensure all components are clean and dry to prevent mold or bacterial growth.
Troubleshooting
This section addresses common issues you might encounter. For problems not listed here, please contact customer support.
- Temperature Fluctuations:
- Ensure the incubator is placed in a stable environment, away from drafts, windows, or direct heat sources.
- Verify the lid is securely closed.
- Check that the power supply is stable.
- Humidity Issues (Too High/Too Low):
- Low Humidity: Ensure the water tray has sufficient water. Refill regularly.
- High Humidity: Reduce the amount of water in the tray if consistently too high. Ensure proper ventilation.
- Egg Turning Not Functioning:
- Verify the egg turning tray is correctly installed and connected.
- Check for any obstructions preventing the mechanism from moving.
- Ensure the incubator is powered on.
- Display Not Working:
- Check the power connection and ensure the outlet is functional.
- If the issue persists, contact customer support.
