Setup
1. Initial Power On
- Connect the power adapter to the frame and then to a power outlet.
- The frame will automatically power on. Follow the on-screen prompts to select your language and time zone.
2. Wi-Fi Connection
The frame requires a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi connection to receive photos and videos. It does not support 5 GHz networks.
- From the initial setup screen or settings menu, select your Wi-Fi network.
- Enter the Wi-Fi password using the on-screen keyboard.
- Confirm the connection.
3. Frameo App Installation
To send photos and videos to your frame, you must use the Frameo application on your smartphone or tablet.
- Download the 'Frameo' app from the Google Play Store (for Android devices) or the Apple App Store (for iOS devices).
- Install the app on your device.
