1. Product Overview

The EZTAT2 Portex 2S is a state-of-the-art wireless rotary tattoo pen machine designed for professional tattoo artists. It integrates a powerful 1800mAh battery and a customized Swiss motor, offering freedom of movement and consistent performance without the need for traditional cords. This machine is engineered for precision and efficiency, compatible with various cartridge needle types, making it suitable for both lining and shading.

2. Safety Information

Please read and understand all safety precautions before operating the EZTAT2 Portex 2S tattoo machine. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in injury, damage to the device, or voiding of the warranty.

• This device is intended for professional tattoo use only.
• Always ensure the machine is clean and sterilized before each use.
• Use only compatible and sterile cartridge needles.
• Do not use a 3A plug for charging, as this may damage the battery. Use a 1A plug only.
• Keep the device away from water and excessive moisture. While the machine has some water resistance, it is not waterproof.
• Store the machine in a cool, dry place when not in use.
• Keep out of reach of children.

3. Components

The EZTAT2 Portex 2S package typically includes:

• EZTAT2 Portex 2S Wireless Tattoo Machine (integrated with 1800mAh battery power supply)
• USB-C Charging Cable (for connecting to a 1A power source)

Note: Needle cartridges and other tattoo supplies are sold separately.

4. Setup

4.1 Charging the Machine

Before first use, fully charge the machine. The LED display will indicate the charging status.

1. Connect the USB-C charging cable to the Portex 2S machine.
2. Connect the other end of the cable to a power source using a 1A plug.
3. The LED display will show the charging progress. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours.
4. Once fully charged, the machine provides approximately 5 hours of working time.

4.2 Inserting a Cartridge Needle

The Portex 2S is compatible with all cartridge needle types.

1. Ensure the machine is turned off before inserting or removing needles.
2. Carefully insert the desired cartridge needle into the machine's front opening until it clicks securely into place.
3. To remove, gently twist and pull the cartridge needle out.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Powering On/Off

To power on the machine, press and hold the power button (usually indicated by 'P' or a power symbol) until the LED display illuminates. To power off, press and hold the power button again until the display turns off.

5.2 Adjusting Voltage

The Portex 2S offers two modes for voltage adjustment:

• Quick Adjustment Mode: Use the '+' and '-' buttons to rapidly increase or decrease the voltage.
• Slow Adjustment Mode: Refer to the manual's specific instructions for activating and using the slow adjustment mode for finer voltage control.

The LED display will show the current working voltage.

5.3 Adjusting Needle Depth

The needle depth can be adjusted by rotating the grip of the machine. Turn clockwise to extend the needle and counter-clockwise to retract it. Adjust to the desired depth for your tattooing technique.

6. Maintenance

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your Portex 2S machine.

• Cleaning: After each use, clean the machine thoroughly with alcohol or baby oil to remove any ink residue. Ensure no liquids enter the internal components.
• Sterilization: While the machine itself cannot be autoclaved, ensure all parts that come into contact with skin or ink (e.g., needle cartridges) are sterile and disposed of properly after single use.
• Storage: Store the machine in a clean, dry, and safe environment when not in use.
• Battery Care: Avoid completely draining the battery frequently. Recharge the machine when the battery indicator is low. Do not use chargers exceeding 1A output.

9.1 Warranty Information

Note: Damage caused by using a 3A plug for charging is not covered under warranty.
