3. Package Contents

Before beginning assembly, please ensure all parts are present and undamaged. If any parts are missing or damaged, do not proceed with assembly and contact customer support.

4. Assembly Instructions

Assembly is straightforward and requires no tools. Follow these steps carefully:

Step 1: Attach Levelers or Wheels

1. Decide whether you want to use the adjustable feet levelers for stationary placement or the swivel wheels for mobility.
2. Screw the chosen components into the bottom of the four lower pole sections. Ensure they are securely tightened.

Step 2: Assemble Poles

1. Connect the upper pole sections to the lower pole sections. The poles are designed to fit together securely.

Step 3: Install Plastic Clips

1. Locate the grooves on the poles. These grooves indicate where the shelves can be positioned.
2. Snap two plastic clips around each pole at the desired height for your first shelf. Ensure the clips are at the same height on all four poles for a level shelf. The clips should click into place.

Step 4: Place the First Shelf

1. Carefully slide the first shelf down over the poles until it rests firmly on the installed plastic clips. The shelf corners are designed to fit snugly over the clips.
2. Gently tap the shelf corners with a rubber mallet (not included) or your hand to ensure it is fully seated and stable.

Step 5: Repeat for Remaining Shelves

1. Repeat Steps 3 and 4 for the remaining five shelves, adjusting the height of the plastic clips as desired for each shelf.
2. Ensure all shelves are level and securely seated before loading any items.

5. Usage

Your HCY 6-Tier Storage Shelf is designed for a variety of organizational needs. Here are some guidelines for optimal use:

• Placement: Suitable for use in kitchens, bathrooms, garages, pantries, laundry rooms, offices, and more.
• Loading: Distribute weight evenly across each shelf. Do not exceed the individual shelf weight limit of 350 lbs or the total unit weight limit of 2100 lbs.
• Adjusting Shelf Height: To adjust a shelf's height, first remove all items from that shelf. Then, lift the shelf off the clips, remove the clips, reposition them at the desired height, and re-seat the shelf.
• Mobility: If using wheels, ensure the unit is not overloaded when moving. Move slowly and carefully, especially on uneven surfaces. Lock the wheels when the unit is in its desired position.
