3. Setup and Installation
Follow these steps for proper installation of your portable air conditioner:
- Positioning the Unit: Place the air conditioner on a flat, stable surface near a window. Ensure there is at least 20 cm of clear space around the unit for proper airflow.

The Mc HAUS Artic-260 offers 4-in-1 functionality: Cooling, Heating, Fan, and Dehumidifier. It can be controlled via the unit's control panel, remote control, or a smartphone app.

5. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your unit.
- Filter Cleaning: The unit is equipped with a pre-filter. Clean the air filter every two weeks or more frequently if used in a dusty environment.
- Unplug the unit.
- Remove the filter from the back of the unit.
- Wash the filter with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and allow it to air dry completely before reinserting.
- Water Drainage: In Dehumidifier mode or high humidity conditions, the internal water tank may fill up. The unit will stop operating when the tank is full. Drain the water regularly from the drainage port located at the bottom rear of the unit.
- Unit Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Storage: If storing the unit for an extended period, drain all water, clean the filter, and cover the unit to protect it from dust.
6. Troubleshooting
