Setting Time and Date

- Press the START/STOP button to move the flashing selection to the hour digits.
- Press the RESET button to adjust the hour. Note the 12/24 hour format indicator.
- Press the START/STOP button to move the flashing selection to the minute digits.
- Press the RESET button to adjust the minutes.
- Continue pressing the START/STOP button to cycle through setting the month, date, and day of the week, adjusting each with the RESET button.
- Once all settings are complete, press the MODE button to return to the normal time display.
12/24 Hour Format
In the time setting mode (seconds flashing), press the RESET button while the hour digits are flashing to toggle between 12-hour (AM/PM indicator) and 24-hour formats.
Operating Instructions
Using the Stopwatch
- From the normal time display, press the MODE button once to enter stopwatch mode. The display will show 00:00:00.
- Press the START/STOP button to start the stopwatch.
- Press the START/STOP button again to pause the stopwatch.
- Press the RESET button to reset the stopwatch to 00:00:00.
- To exit stopwatch mode, press the MODE button.
Setting the Alarm
- From the normal time display, press the MODE button twice to enter alarm setting mode. The hour digits will flash.
- Press the RESET button to adjust the alarm hour.
- Press the START/STOP button to move the flashing selection to the minute digits.
- Press the RESET button to adjust the alarm minutes.
- Press the MODE button to confirm the alarm setting and return to normal time display.
Turning Alarm On/Off
In the alarm setting mode, press the START/STOP button to toggle the alarm on or off. An alarm icon will appear on the display when the alarm is active.
Using the EL Backlight
Press the LIGHT button to illuminate the display. The backlight will remain on for a few seconds.
