Assembly

Assembly of the Royal Gourmet GA4402S grill requires approximately 70 minutes with two people. You will need a Phillips screwdriver, scissors, and an AA battery (not included) for the electronic ignition.

Initial Setup

Before first use, ensure your propane tank is properly connected and secured within the grill's cabinet. The grill features a dedicated space for a 5-gallon propane tank and an easy-to-access connection point.

Always check for gas leaks using a soapy water solution on all connections. Bubbles indicate a leak. Tighten connections or replace parts as needed.

Operating Your Grill

The Royal Gourmet GA4402S is equipped with three main burners (10,000 BTU each), a sear burner (14,000 BTU), and a lidded side burner (10,000 BTU), delivering a total of 54,000 BTU cooking power. The total cooking area is 632 square inches, comprising 483 sq. in. stainless steel cooking grates and a 149 sq. in. chrome-plated steel wire warming rack.

Lighting Instructions:

1. Open the lid before lighting.
2. Turn all control knobs clockwise to the "OFF" position.
3. Connect the regulator to the gas tank. Turn on the gas supply at the regulator or at the gas tank valve.
4. Push in the control knob and turn it anti-clockwise to the "HI" position. Push and hold the ignition button for 3 seconds to light the burner.
5. If the burner does not light, turn control knob to the off position, wait for 5 minutes and repeat step 4.
6. If the burner ignites, repeat step 4 for other burners.

Maintenance

Regular cleaning and maintenance will extend the life of your Royal Gourmet grill and ensure safe operation. After each use, allow the grill to cool completely.

• Cooking Grates: Clean cooking grates with a grill brush after each use. For stubborn residue, use warm soapy water.
• Grease Tray: The grill features a removable grease tray for easy cleaning. Regularly empty and clean the grease tray to prevent flare-ups.
• Exterior: Wipe down stainless steel surfaces with a soft cloth and a stainless steel cleaner to maintain its appearance.
• Burners: Periodically inspect burner ports for blockages and clean as necessary.
