Setup

1. Unboxing and Initial Cleaning

Before first use, remove all packaging materials and labels from the frying pan and lid. Wash the pan and lid thoroughly with warm, soapy water. Rinse completely and dry with a soft cloth. This removes any manufacturing residues.

2. Lid Assembly

The lid handle may require assembly. Follow the diagram below to securely attach the handle to the glass lid using the provided screw and gaskets. Ensure it is tightened sufficiently to prevent wobbling, but do not overtighten to avoid cracking the glass.

Operating Instructions

1. Pre-heating

Place the empty frying pan on your chosen cooktop over medium heat for 1-2 minutes. A small amount of water dropped into the pan should sizzle and evaporate quickly, indicating it's ready. Avoid high heat settings for extended periods to prevent damage to the nonstick coating.

2. Cooking with Honeycomb Nonstick

The unique honeycomb raised technology combined with the nonstick coating ensures even heat distribution and effortless food release. This design also provides excellent scratch resistance, allowing the use of metal utensils with rounded edges without damaging the nonstick surface.

Maintenance and Care

1. Cleaning

Allow the pan to cool completely before cleaning. For best results and to prolong the life of the nonstick coating, hand washing with warm, soapy water and a soft sponge is recommended. The pan is also dishwasher safe for convenience.

Troubleshooting

Food Sticking

While designed for nonstick performance, some foods may stick if the pan is not properly pre-heated or if excessive heat is used. Ensure the pan is adequately pre-heated and use appropriate cooking oils or fats. For optimal nonstick properties, consider seasoning the pan periodically by heating a small amount of cooking oil over medium heat for a few minutes, then letting it cool and wiping off excess oil.
