1. Important Safety Instructions

3. Setup and Assembly

Before first use, wash all attachments in warm, soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry. The main mixer unit should be wiped clean with a damp cloth.

Attaching Accessories:

1. Ensure the mixer is unplugged from the power outlet.
2. Select the desired attachments (beaters, dough hooks, or whisk).
3. Insert the stems of the attachments into the openings on the underside of the mixer unit. Push firmly until they click into place. For dough hooks, ensure the hook with the collar is inserted into the larger opening.

Detaching Accessories:

1. Ensure the mixer is unplugged and the speed selector is set to '0'.
2. Press the eject button located on the top of the mixer. The attachments will release.
3. Carefully remove the attachments.

4. Operating Instructions

The SHARDOR Hand Mixer features 6 variable speeds and a Turbo function for efficient mixing.

Using the Speed Control:

1. Plug the mixer into a standard electrical outlet.
2. Place the attachments into the ingredients in your mixing bowl.
3. Slide the speed selector switch to the desired speed setting (1-6). Start with a lower speed to prevent splashing and gradually increase as needed.
4. For an extra burst of power at any speed, press and hold the 'TURBO' button. Release the button to return to the selected speed.
5. When finished mixing, slide the speed selector back to '0' and unplug the mixer.

Recommended Speed Settings:

• Speed 1-2: For liquid ingredients, butter, and gentle folding.
• Speed 3-4: For mixing cheese, light batters, and dough.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning

Cleaning the Main Unit:

• Always unplug the mixer before cleaning.
• Wipe the exterior of the motor unit with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scourers.
• Never immerse the motor unit in water or any other liquid.

Cleaning Attachments:

• The stainless steel beaters, dough hooks, and whisk are safe for hand washing with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry immediately to prevent rust.
• Note: The attachments are not dishwasher safe.

6. Storage

1. Ensure the mixer and all attachments are clean and dry.
2. Place the beaters, dough hooks, and whisk into their designated slots within the storage case.
3. Position the main mixer unit on top of the storage case, aligning it with the clips.
4. Snap the storage case securely onto the mixer unit.
5. Store the assembled unit in a dry place.
