1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing the OTUS LED Desk Lamp. This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient use of your new lamp. Please read these instructions thoroughly before installation and operation, and retain them for future reference. This lamp features a 31.5-inch wide, 20W LED light source providing 1500 lumens of illumination, 5 adjustable color temperature modes, 5 dimmable brightness levels, a 15-minute auto-off timer, smart auto-dimming, and a memory function. Its flexible gooseneck design allows for versatile positioning.

2. Safety Instructions

• Ensure the power supply voltage matches the lamp's requirements before connecting.
• This product is designed for indoor use only. Do not expose to rain or moisture.
• Do not disassemble, repair, or modify the lamp. Contact qualified service personnel for any repairs.
• Avoid looking directly into the LED light source for extended periods, as it may cause eye strain.
• Keep the lamp away from heat sources and flammable materials.
• Always unplug the lamp from the power outlet before cleaning or when not in use for an extended period.
• Ensure the clamp is securely fastened to a stable surface to prevent the lamp from falling.

4. Setup

The OTUS LED Desk Lamp offers two installation methods: clamping to a desk or fixing to a wall.

4.1 Desk Clamp Installation

1. Attach the clamp to the desired edge of your desk. Ensure the desk thickness is within the clamp's maximum capacity (up to 2.99 inches / 7.6 cm).
2. Tighten the clamp screw firmly until the clamp is stable and secure.
3. Insert the lamp's base into the clamp's slot. Ensure it is fully seated and stable.
4. Connect the power adapter to the lamp and then plug it into a power outlet.

4.2 Wall Mount Installation (Optional)

The lamp can also be fixed to a wall using appropriate screws (not included) through the designated holes on the clamp bracket. Ensure the wall material can support the lamp's weight and that the installation is secure.

5. Operating Instructions

The OTUS LED Desk Lamp features touch controls for easy adjustment of light settings.

5.1 Power On/Off

• Touch the power button on the lamp head to turn the lamp on or off.

5.2 Adjusting Brightness

• The lamp offers 5 dimmable brightness levels (20%, 40%, 60%, 80%, 100%).
• Touch the brightness control button to cycle through the available brightness levels.

5.3 Adjusting Color Temperature

• The lamp provides 5 color temperature modes: 3000K (Warm White), 4000K (Natural White), 5000K (Cool White), 6000K (Daylight), and 6500K (Cool Daylight).
• Touch the color temperature control button to switch between these modes.

5.4 Smart Auto-Dimming Function

• The lamp is equipped with a built-in light sensor that automatically adjusts the brightness based on ambient lighting conditions.
• Activate the auto-dimming mode by pressing the dedicated sensor button. The lamp will increase brightness in dark environments and decrease it in bright environments.
• You can manually override auto-dimming by adjusting brightness or color modes at any time.

5.5 Memory Function

• The lamp's memory function automatically saves your last used brightness and color temperature settings.
• When the lamp is turned on again, it will recall and apply these settings.

5.6 15-Minute Auto-Off Timer

• Activate the timer function by pressing the timer button. The lamp will automatically turn off after 15 minutes.

5.7 Flexible Gooseneck Adjustment

• The lamp features a flexible gooseneck, allowing you to adjust the height and angle of the light head for optimal illumination.
• Gently bend the gooseneck to position the light as needed for various tasks such as working, reading, or crafting.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Cleaning

• Before cleaning, ensure the lamp is unplugged from the power outlet.
• Wipe the lamp's surface with a soft, dry cloth.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or harsh chemicals, as these may damage the finish or electronic components.

6.2 LED Light Source

• The LED light source in this lamp is integrated and not user-replaceable.
• The average lifespan of the LED is approximately 50,000 hours under normal use.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your OTUS LED Desk Lamp, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

• Lamp does not turn on:
  • Check if the power adapter is securely plugged into both the lamp and the wall outlet.
  • Ensure the wall outlet is functional by testing it with another device.
• Light flickers or is unstable:
  • Ensure the power connection is stable and there are no loose cables.
  • Try plugging the lamp into a different power outlet.
• Auto-dimming function not working as expected:
  • Ensure the light sensor on the lamp head is not obstructed.
  • Verify that the auto-dimming mode is activated.
