3. Setup
3.1 Unpacking
Carefully remove all packaging materials. Inspect the freezer for any shipping damage. Report any damage to your supplier immediately.
3.2 Placement
Choose a location that is level, well-ventilated, and away from direct sunlight or heat sources. Ensure there is sufficient space for the door to open fully and for proper air circulation around the unit.

3.3 Leveling and Casters
The freezer comes with 4 casters, including 2 front locking casters. Ensure the unit is level by adjusting the casters. Lock the front casters to prevent movement once the freezer is in its final position.

After placement, wait at least 2 hours before plugging in the unit to allow refrigerants to settle. Plug the freezer into a dedicated, grounded electrical outlet.

5. Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning the Interior
Regularly clean the interior of the freezer with a mild soap and water solution. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely to prevent odors and maintain hygiene. The removable installation board makes it easy to access the condenser coil for cleaning and service.
5.2 Cleaning the Exterior
Wipe the stainless steel exterior with a soft cloth and a non-abrasive cleaner. Avoid harsh chemicals that can damage the finish.
5.3 Condenser Coil Cleaning
The condenser coil should be cleaned periodically (every 3-6 months) to ensure efficient operation. Unplug the unit before cleaning. Use a brush or vacuum cleaner to remove dust and debris from the coils.
5.4 Defrosting
The unit features an auto-defrost function. However, if excessive ice buildup occurs, manually defrost the unit by unplugging it and allowing the ice to melt. Remove all contents before manual defrosting.
