    • Ensure batteries are correctly installed and not depleted. Replace with fresh AA batteries if necessary.
    • Verify the mouse power switch is in the 'ON' position.
    • Confirm the USB receiver is securely plugged into a functional USB port on your computer. Try a different USB port.
    • Restart your computer.
  • Lag or Intermittent Connection:
    • Move the keyboard and mouse closer to the USB receiver.
    • Ensure there are no large metal objects or other wireless devices (like Wi-Fi routers, cordless phones) operating too close to the receiver, as these can cause interference.
    • Replace batteries if they are low.
  • Keys Not Responding or Mouse Not Tracking:
    • Check battery levels and replace if low.
    • For the mouse, ensure the optical sensor on the underside is clean and unobstructed.
    • Ensure the keyboard keycaps are properly seated.
  • DPI Adjustment Not Working:
    • Ensure the mouse has power.
    • Press the DPI button firmly. If it's integrated with the scroll wheel, ensure you are pressing it down, not just scrolling.
