1. Introduction

This manual provides comprehensive instructions for the assembly, operation, and maintenance of your KING BIRD 10x6.6x6.6FT Walk-in Greenhouse. Designed with a heavy-duty galvanized steel frame and a UVI 6 protected PE cover, this greenhouse offers an optimal environment for plant growth. 2. Safety Information

Always ensure the greenhouse is properly anchored to the ground using the provided stakes and ropes to prevent it from tipping over in windy conditions. Be cautious of sharp edges on the heavy-duty galvanized steel frame during assembly and use. The UVI 6 protected cover shields plants from excessive UV rays, but prolonged exposure to the sun can still pose a risk to users, so take necessary precautions when working inside the greenhouse during peak sun hours.

4. Setup and Assembly

Assembly typically requires two people and approximately one hour. Ensure you have a clear, level area for installation.

4.1 Frame Assembly

Begin by assembling the base frame using the floor supports and horizontal supports. Then, attach the vertical supports, followed by the curved supports to form the arched structure. Secure all connections with the provided bolts and screws.

4.2 Cover Installation

Carefully pull the PE cover over the assembled frame. Ensure the cover is centered and aligned. Use the internal Velcro straps and ties to secure the cover to the frame. Adjust the cover so that the seams around the doors are aligned with the door frame.

4.3 Anchoring

For stability, especially in windy conditions, tie the ends of the provided ropes to the ground stakes and insert them firmly into the ground. Additional stakes can be inserted above the floor supports for enhanced security. Consider placing heavy objects like bricks or sandbags on the extended side of the cover to further prevent displacement.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Temperature and Humidity Management

The greenhouse features 6 roll-up screen windows and 2 door-netting options to facilitate temperature and humidity control. Roll up the windows and open the screen doors for increased ventilation on hot days. Close them to retain warmth during cooler periods.

5.2 Door Usage

The greenhouse is equipped with two multi-function doors on both sides. Each door consists of a PE layer and a screen layer, with discrete zippers. This design allows you to keep warmth inside using the PE door or provide ventilation and pest protection with the screen door.

5.3 Watering System (Optional)

The greenhouse design is compatible with various watering systems, including flexible hose systems for precise watering. Consider integrating a watering kit for efficient irrigation.

6. Maintenance

• Cleaning: Regularly clean the PE cover with mild soap and water to ensure maximum light transmission. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
• Frame Inspection: Periodically check all frame connections and fasteners for tightness. Tighten any loose bolts or screws.
• Cover Inspection: Inspect the cover for any tears or damage. Small tears can be repaired with greenhouse repair tape to prevent further damage.
• Anchoring: Re-check ground stakes and guy ropes regularly, especially after strong winds or heavy rainfall, to ensure the greenhouse remains securely anchored.
• Seasonal Storage: For prolonged periods of extreme weather or non-use, it is recommended to disassemble the greenhouse and store the components in a dry, protected area to extend its lifespan.

7. Troubleshooting

• Greenhouse instability: Ensure all ground stakes and guy ropes are properly installed and tightened. Consider adding additional weights (e.g., sandbags, bricks) around the base of the cover.
• Zipper issues: If zippers become difficult to operate, apply a silicone-based lubricant. Ensure the cover is not overly stretched, which can put strain on the zippers.
• Poor ventilation: Verify that all roll-up windows and screen doors are open during warm periods to allow for adequate airflow.
• Water accumulation on roof: The arched roof design helps prevent water/snow accumulation. Ensure the cover is taut to avoid sagging.
