5. Setup and Installation

5.1 Wiring Diagram

- Red: +12V (Power Supply Positive)
- Black: GND (Ground)
- Green: NO (Normally Open Contact)

5.2 Mounting the Exit Button

6. Operation
6.1 Touchless Exit Button Operation
- Ensure the exit button is powered on. The LED indicator will be blue (Standby).
- To activate the exit function, place your hand or an object within the detection range of 50-100mm (1.97-3.94 inches) from the sensor.
- The LED indicator will change to green (Active), and the exit contact will momentarily activate, triggering the connected access control device (e.g., unlocking a door).
- The button will automatically reset after activation.
6.2 Remote Control Operation
- Press the button on the remote control.
- The remote will transmit a signal to the exit button, activating the exit function.
- The remote control has a range of 15-30 meters (49-98 feet) depending on environmental conditions.
6.3 Adding/Deleting Remote Controls
The specific procedure for adding or deleting remote controls may vary slightly depending on the version of the device. Typically, there is a learning button or jumper on the main board of the exit button. Refer to the detailed instructions provided with your access control system or contact technical support for precise steps.
- To add a remote: Press the learning button on the exit button's circuit board (usually a small button or jumper), then press the button on the remote control you wish to add. The LED may flash to confirm.
- To delete all remotes: Hold the learning button for several seconds until the LED indicates successful deletion (e.g., rapid flashing).
A maximum of 16 remotes can be added to a single exit button.
