4. Setup

4.1 Initial Placement

Place the speaker in a central location within the room to maximize the ambient room-filling sound. The SRS-RA3000 is humidity resistant, allowing for placement in environments such as kitchens or bathrooms, but avoid direct water exposure.

4.2 Power Connection

Connect the supplied AC power cord to the speaker's power input and then to a standard electrical outlet.

4.3 Network Setup (Wi-Fi)

For Wi-Fi connectivity, download and install the Sony Music Center app on your smartphone or tablet. Follow the in-app instructions to connect the speaker to your home Wi-Fi network. This app also enables sound calibration to optimize audio for your room's acoustics.

4.4 Bluetooth Pairing

  • Audio In: Connect an external audio source (e.g., an MP3 player) to the 'AUDIO IN' 3.5mm jack on the rear of the speaker using a stereo mini cable.

5.4 360 Reality Audio and Immersive Audio Enhancement
