Operating Instructions

The Huogary N9 features simple one-button control for various functions.

Preparing Hot Milk Foam or Hot Milk

For hot milk foam, insert the frothing whisk. For hot milk without foam, insert the heating whisk.
Pour cold milk into the frothing jug, ensuring it is below the appropriate MAX fill line (4.4 oz for foam, 10.5 oz for heating). For best results, use refrigerated whole or low-fat milk (4-6°C).
Place the lid on the jug and place the jug onto the power base.
Press the power button once (a 1-second press). The indicator light will turn red.
The frother will automatically stop when the milk reaches approximately 150°F (65°C) and the foam is ready, typically within 2 minutes.

Preparing Cold Milk Foam

Insert the frothing whisk into the jug.

Maintenance and Cleaning
