While maintaining its core Tamagotchi attributes of nurturing, communication, portability, and gaming, your virtual pet is better than ever. Use the camera to help nurture your character by cooking its meals, customizing different items, exploring to find 100 Tamagotchi friends, and so much more. Plus, you can even take pictures WITH your Tamagotchi character! The new touch buttons allow you to interact with your character in ways like never before. You can also connect with your friend’s Tamagotchi Pix using a Tama code, and even plan character play dates for a later time. This device is suitable for ages 6 and up.

Setup
Battery Installation
The Tamagotchi Pix requires two AAA batteries (not included). Locate the battery compartment on the back of the device. Use a small screwdriver to open the compartment, insert the batteries according to the polarity indicators, and securely close the cover.

Initial Power On
Once batteries are installed, press the top button on the device to power it on. The screen will light up, and you can begin your Tamagotchi adventure.

Operating Instructions
Basic Navigation
The Tamagotchi Pix features three touch buttons located below the screen. The left and right buttons are used to navigate through menus and options, while the center button is used to select or confirm actions. A gentle tap or swipe is sufficient for interaction.
Nurturing Your Tamagotchi
- Feeding: Access the 'Feed' menu to provide meals from the fridge, visit a restaurant, or cook new dishes for your character.
- Playing: Engage your Tamagotchi in various games, such as 'Hula Hoop' or 'Matching', to earn Gotchi Points and keep them happy.
- Bathroom & Cleaning: Ensure your Tamagotchi's hygiene by taking them to the bathroom and cleaning their living space.

Using the Camera
The Tamagotchi Pix includes a built-in camera. To take a photo, navigate to the camera option in the menu. You can choose to take pictures 'Outside' or 'Inside'. Press the top button to capture the image. Photos are saved to an album on the device.

You can connect your Tamagotchi Pix with a friend's device using a Tama code. This allows for character play dates, exchanging gifts, and exploring together, enhancing the social interaction aspect of the game.
