  • SET Button: Used for entering and confirming settings.

Setup

Initial Time and Date Setting

  1. In normal time display mode, press the MODE button three times to enter time setting mode. The seconds digits will flash.
  2. Press the ADJ button to reset the seconds to zero.
  3. Press the SET button to move to the hour setting. The hour digits will flash.
  4. Press the ADJ button to adjust the hour. Note the 'A' (AM) and 'P' (PM) indicators for 12-hour format, or 'H' for 24-hour format.
  5. Press the SET button to move to the minute setting. The minute digits will flash.
  6. Press the ADJ button to adjust the minutes.
  7. Continue pressing the SET button to cycle through year, month, and day settings, adjusting each with the ADJ button.
  8. After setting the day, press the SET button again to return to normal time display mode.

12/24 Hour Format Selection

In normal time display mode, press the ADJ button to toggle between 12-hour and 24-hour time formats.

Operating Modes

Your watch features multiple operational modes. Press the MODE button to cycle through them in the following order: Time Display → Alarm Setting → Chronograph → Time Display.

Time Display Mode

This is the default mode, displaying the current time, day of the week, and date. Press the LIGHT button to activate the EL backlight for approximately 3 seconds.

Alarm Mode

  1. From normal time display, press the MODE button once to enter Alarm setting mode. The hour digits will flash.
  2. Press the ADJ button to set the desired alarm hour.
  3. Press the SET button to move to the minute setting. The minute digits will flash.
  4. Press the ADJ button to set the desired alarm minutes.
  5. Press the MODE button to exit Alarm setting mode.
  6. To turn the alarm ON/OFF, in Alarm mode, press the ADJ button. An alarm icon will appear/disappear to indicate its status.
  7. To activate the hourly chime (SIG), in Alarm mode, press the SET button. A chime icon will appear/disappear.

Chronograph (Stopwatch) Mode

  1. From normal time display, press the MODE button twice to enter Chronograph mode. The display will show '00:00:00'.
  2. Press the ADJ button to start the stopwatch.
  3. Press the ADJ button again to pause the stopwatch.
  4. Press the SET button to reset the stopwatch to '00:00:00' while it is paused.
  5. To record split times, press the SET button while the stopwatch is running. The split time will freeze on the display while the stopwatch continues to run in the background. Press SET again to return to the running stopwatch display.

Water Resistance

Your Gosasa 1520 watch is rated for 5 Bar (50 meters) water resistance. This means it is suitable for everyday use, including splashes, rain, and brief immersion in water, such as swimming in cold water.

  • Do NOT press any buttons while the watch is submerged in water. This can compromise the water resistance seals.
  • Avoid exposing the watch to hot water or steam (e.g., hot showers, saunas, hot tubs), as this can damage the waterproof rings.
