3. Setup

Follow these steps for accurate hormone testing:
- Prepare: Ensure your Mira Analyzer is charged and the Mira App is open on your smartphone.
- Collect Urine Sample: Collect a urine sample in a clean, dry container.
- Dip Test Wand: Dip a Mira Plus Test Wand into the urine sample for approximately 10 seconds. Critical: Sampling duration is important. Too long or too short can cause errors.
- Remove and Position: Remove the wand from the urine. Keep the sampling end of the test wand pointing downwards to prevent contamination.
- Insert into Analyzer: Immediately insert the wand horizontally into the Mira Analyzer. Ensure the Analyzer is sitting on a horizontal surface and the wand is fully inserted.
- Wait for Results: The Analyzer will process the sample. Your estradiol metabolite (estrogen) and LH levels will be meticulously analyzed, and crystal-clear, accurate results will be conveniently sent to the Mira App in approximately 21 minutes.

4.2 Understanding Your Results
The Mira App provides a detailed view of your hormone levels and cycle predictions. It uses advanced AI technology to learn your unique hormone patterns, offering personalized ovulation predictions and fertility guidance.
