Setup Guide

Follow these steps to set up your HP Z2 Mini G3 Mini Workstation:

1. Unpack the Workstation: Carefully remove the workstation and all accessories from its packaging. Ensure all components are present.
2. Connect Peripherals:
   • Connect your monitor(s) to the DisplayPort 1.2 outputs on the rear of the workstation. The device supports up to four 4K displays.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off

• Power On: Press the power button on the front panel.
• Shut Down: In Windows, click the Start button, then Power, and select "Shut down."
• Restart: In Windows, click the Start button, then Power, and select "Restart."
• Sleep: In Windows, click the Start button, then Power, and select "Sleep."

Network Connectivity

• Wired Connection: Ensure an Ethernet cable is securely connected to the RJ-45 port on the rear of the workstation and to your network router/switch.
• Wireless Connection (Wi-Fi):
  1. Click the Wi-Fi icon in the Windows taskbar.
  2. Select your desired network from the list.
  3. Enter the network security key (password) if prompted.
  4. Click "Connect."

Display Configuration

The HP Z2 Mini G3 supports multiple displays via its DisplayPort 1.2 outputs. To configure your displays in Windows:

1. Right-click on an empty area of your desktop.
2. Select "Display settings."
3. From here, you can detect, arrange, and adjust the resolution and orientation of your connected monitors.
