Air Quality Improvement

The H13 filtration rating ensures the removal of up to 99.97% of airborne particles as small as 0.3 microns. This includes common allergens and irritants such as dust, smoke, pollen, pet hair and dander, mold spores, and dust mites.

Installation Instructions

  1. Power Off: Before attempting any filter replacement, ensure your Therapure air purifier is turned off and unplugged from the power outlet.
  2. Access Filter Compartment: Refer to your air purifier's specific user manual for instructions on how to open the filter compartment. This usually involves removing a cover or panel.
  3. Remove Old Filter: Carefully remove the used filter. Dispose of the old filter according to local regulations.
  4. Insert New Filter: Place the new Filter-Monster replacement filter into the compartment. Ensure it is seated correctly and firmly. The foam gasket seal on the filter is designed to create an airtight fit, directing all air through the filter media and preventing air from bypassing the filter.
  5. Close Compartment: Securely close the filter compartment cover or panel.
  6. Restore Power: Plug the air purifier back into the power outlet and turn it on.

Maintenance

For optimal performance, it is recommended to change the filter once every six (6) months under normal operating conditions. In environments with higher levels of airborne pollutants (e.g., pet dander, smoke, high pollen counts), more frequent replacement may be necessary.

Troubleshooting

  • Reduced Airflow: If airflow seems reduced after filter replacement, ensure the filter is installed correctly and the compartment cover is fully sealed. Check for any obstructions in the air intake or output vents of the air purifier.
  • Unusual Odors: New filters may emit a slight odor initially, which should dissipate quickly. If persistent or strong odors occur, ensure the filter is genuine and properly installed.
  • Filter Indicator Light: If your air purifier has a filter replacement indicator, consult your air purifier's manual for instructions on how to reset it after installing a new filter.
